* Lowered customer vulnerability to 'Unplanned Outages' by leading the team in t
he implementation of major continuous improvements (in excess of $10M in value)
and problem corrections. Monthly support ticket count was also lowered from 570
to 200.
* Successfully transitioned to an onshore/offshore support model (2002).
