a) Management Experience: Program Manager of the TBMCS Version 1.0.2 Project
and prior to my retirement I was the Program Manager of the TBMCS Unit and Force
level integration effort. I was responsible for cost, schedule and overall per
formance of both these programs. Each program was on time and within budget con
straints.
b) Management Experience: Program Manager of the AN/TPS-75 RSSR Program. I w
as responsible for cost, schedule and overall performance on this program. I man
aged the unilateral Modification made to this contract to add needed options re
quested by our User.
c) Managed the setting-up of the Air Operations Center (AOC) for the Bright S
tar 98 Project in Egypt.
d) Management Experience: Program Manager of the Deployable Debriefing Facili
ty (DDF) Program and the Initial Deployable Kitchen (IDK) Program. I was respon
sible for cost, schedule and overall performance on these programs. Each progra
m was completed on time and within budget constraints.

r Program to ensure that the product was delivered on schedule and within the bu
dget. Monitored and supported programmatic efforts on various ECPs and TCPs.
b) Supervised the activities of three contractors in the remote inspection of
Radar Sites for the Government of Thailand. Responsibilities included: plannin
g, directing, monitoring, and decision making in order to complete effort withi
n six week schedule.
c) Provided management oversight and guidance on the Systems Research Laborat
ory (SRL) effort to produce specification Compliant Printed Wiring Boards for th
e Peace Shield 25 inch Color Monitors. Assisted the local DCMC Representatives
and provided a vital link between the developer and the Program Office.
d) Managed the on-sight configuration audits for the Egyptian 776 Program. I
was the U.S. Air Force Government liaison between our customer (Egypt) and the l
ocal DCMC at Hughes in Fullerton, CA; I provided daily inputs to an Egyptian Bri
gadier General to keep him abreast of the program status.
