EXPERIENCE
Personal Trainer - 2010 to Present

As a personal trainer, I work one on one with clients who are in need to change
their fitness levels. I create exercise prescriptions for clients, according to
their needs and wants. I have strong interaction with clients, where we discus
sed the importance of food and exercise.
* I advise individuals on the correct method and use of exercise machines and de
vices, including weights.
* I am responsible for doing fitness assesments, which include, measuring body w
eight, taking body measurements, test flexibility, and check body composition.

I was responsible for providing different Lacrosse teams with uniforms and acces
sories. I designed employee schedule and administer payroll. As a Strenght and
