Cost-Plus, Cost Reimbursable and IDIQ contracts, often under tight
deadlines.
* Prepare complete Cost Proposals (including all sections of a full
price volume) based on RFP solicitation requirements; ensure risk
mitigation through compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA and solicitation
requirements. Assess RFP cost volume requirements, provide pricing
support for all phases of the proposal process and translate
results into a fully compliant cost proposal.
* Provide guidance as a result of analysis of scope within a
SOW/PWS, structure of the Contract Line Item Numbers, requirements
in the specification(s), or requirements as contained in Special
Contract Provisions or General Provisions, into the development of
the pricing model.
