1.1. Einleitung Introduction
Diese Produktspezifikation ist gültig für den HPS40-2 Buchsenstecker 2+2POL

zusammengebaut nach unten angeführter Verarbeitungsspezifikation und beinhaltet den
Produktaufbau und Auslieferzustand, die technischen Kenndaten sowie die durchgeführten
Qualifikationsprüfungen.
This product specification is valid for the HPS40-2 female plug 2+2WAY and is assembled according to
the below listed process specification where you will find the product structure and the delivery condition
as well as the performed qualification tests.
Im Falle eines unsachgemäßen, von dieser Spezifikation abweichenden Einsatzes und daraus
resultierenden Qualitätsproblemen besteht kein Regressanspruch.
In the case of improper application or deviation from specification that results in quality issues, the right of
complaint is void.

Die Steckverbindung kann im gesamten Fahrzeug eingesetzt werden bei der die angegebenen
Kenndaten nicht überschritten werden. Die Kenndaten sind anhand von Prüfungen (siehe
Prüfplan) und Materialdatenblätter ermittelt worden.
The connector can be placed in the whole car if the specified characteristics will not be exceeded. The
characteristics are determined by tests (see verification plan) and material datasheets.

Innerhalb und an der Steckverbindung sind keine metallische Partikel > 1000µm zulässig.

Metallic particles generated during the assembly process, have to the removed with a suitable device.
