SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS & SKILLS:
* Developed and implemented new C-TPAT process preventing import delays. I worke
d with U.S. Customs to develop a certified program ensuring all Procter & Gamble
product gets through customs quickly, securely and safely protecting 100% of ou
r imports. This process will realize future savings in the millions of dollars
for P&G by getting our product to the market place before our competitors.
* Reversed a loss and rebuilt the financial stability of the local chapter of AS
IS. I served as the President of the local chapter of the American Society of I
ndustrial Security immediately after a significant decline in their financial st
ability. I reversed this decline through innovated processes and strategic 5 ye
ar plan. In my first year as President I eliminated the debt and maintained a p
ositive cash flow and increased the reserve by $5,000.
* Established new chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners in Cincinnati. I saw a ne
ed for a local chapter to represent the numerous Fraud Examiners in the Greater
Cincinnati Area. I contacted all CFE's, set up the hierarch for the organizatio
n, obtained support from the National Headquarters and set up our training. I s
ecured Frank W. Abagnale ("Catch Me If You Can") as our first instructor on how
to successfully detect fraud training class.
* Successfully managed numerous Investigations recovering hundreds of thousands
of dollars in stolen property/money. One of my most notable case was uncovering
a theft ring within the company and recovering over $500,000 (wholesale) of pro
duct within 48 hrs. I identified, prosecuted and terminated all employees involv
ed.
* Successfully trained P&G employees on the importance of Information Security.
I was on the ad hoc team that developed, trained and implemented the Informatio
n Security Program. I developed the program and personally performed group trai
ning sessions on how to protect company sensitive information. Protection of pr
oprietary information has saved the company millions of dollars in lost revenues
and allowed us to beat our competitors to the market place.
* Skills. Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly
personable and capable of working with all levels of management within the compa
ny. Proficient in solving problems and implementing solutions. Capable of manag
ing all levels of budgets.
