* Managed the annual company SAS70 audits for property accounting and informatio
n technology teams. Developed and implemented SharePoint sites to store documen
tation requested by auditors from all of the regional accounting offices. This
minimized travel time and expense for auditors reducing overall costs to the com
pany for the annual audit.
* Led high profile project to successfully complete user acceptance testing for
conversion of property data to MRI accounting system for new key client with hig
h company profile. Project completed on time and with exceptional client satisf
action. Received company bonus as recognition for performance.
* Served as key business analyst and wrote functional specifications for an inte
rnal application development of an electronic timesheet and monthly absence repo
rting system, saving company development time and eliminated need for hiring add
itional outside resources.

tements and forecasts.
* Worked with key leadership team to convert corporate financial data to new acc
ounting platform. Included development of account structure, conversion of data
, and implementation of new processes including process to import payroll data f
rom HRIS system into new accounting system.
* Developed process to collect and reconcile owner salary reimbursements to the
company for property management personnel eliminating need for company to prefun
d owner payrolls, thereby improving cash flow.
