Package Delivery Courier.
* Represent the company to customers by ensuring the timely and
accurate delivery or pick up of packages each day on the assigned
route.
* Maintain high levels of efficiency and consistently achieve or
exceed the company's 98% on time delivery objectives by reviewing
daily list of deliveries/pick ups and planning/organizing the route.
* Ensure that all deliveries and pick ups are accurately recorded
throughout the day by using a handheld scanner to document package
routing numbers, delivery times and customer signatures.
* Maximize daily route efficiency by rearranging the schedule as
needed during the day to accommodate additional unscheduled pick ups
or to ensure package delivery during customer's regular business
hours.

Warehouse Manager.
* Managed all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory for the
first aid and safety division that required strict inventory control
of a wide range of healthcare and safety related products including
over-the-counter medications, splints, bandages, protective clothing,
hard hats, protective safety glasses, earplugs and other supplies.
* Used the warehouse computer system on a regular basis to
track/control inventory, place orders, and accurately handle
inventory replenishment for each delivery truck on a weekly basis.
* Provided additional purchasing support to the route delivery team
by researching and locating special items requested by customers, and
contacting suppliers or wholesalers to order the product.
* Performed receiving of shipments from freight companies that
included verifying invoices and product types/quantities as well as
performing data entry to record new products into the inventory
management system.
