* Provide support to the Logistics Modernization Contract - Initiative to optimi
ze supply chain processes
* Serve as the contractor team lead and responsible for the day-to-day task mana
gement of a six person team tracking resources and goals using Microsoft Project

* Coordinate directly with the client for multiple projects on a day-to-day basi
s to achieve program-level goals and ensure client trust and satisfaction.
Portfolio and Data Management:
* Manage a portfolio of 200+ USMC Logistics/Supply Chain Management systems (Sup
ply, Maintenance, and Transportation) and provide quantitative analysis and reco
mmendations to support the consolidation and retirement of systems.
* Successfully retired nine systems saving the Marine Corps over twenty million
dollars annually.

the full lifecycle of the project, automating 25% of the item cataloging and war
ehousing (inbound) manual processes.
