cture for a 1,200 user population facility, plus a 2,500 remote user population
using a centralized support staff of three staffers. Provided hands on leadershi
p to ensure user issues, connectivity, change management, capacity planning, per
formance monitoring, adds/moves/changes, infrastructure implementations and syst
