Description:

Shell is an SAP IS-U implementation for Pan European Countries which includes U.K, Germany,
Italy, Spain etc. The choice of IS-U came into picture because IS-U is a billing engine which can
deal with data parallel compared with R/3. More over the Legacy Systems were different for
different countries. In order to standardize the process involved shell came up with the solution
of having an ERP’S.

Responsibilities:

• Activated Business Content for SD and MM Modules as per the Client Requirements.

• Enhancing the Data Source and Using the Enhancement to fill the data into the enhanced Fields.
• Setup the Statistical Setup for the LO-Cockpit and used the V3 Update for Delta Upload.
• Generated and Maintained Aggregates and Rollup activities.

• Maintained DSO, Loaded and activated Transaction data for detail reporting.

• Uploaded Transaction Data from the Flat File as the Source System.
• Involved in process chain designing and data model.

• Extensively worked on Inventory Management reports Price Variance and Open Purchase Order

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Process Chains ,Using T-Codes RSPCM, ST13 and SE38.

• Monitoring Data load failures through RSMO.
• Worked on data reconciliation.

Emami Limited is in the business of manufacturing personal, beauty and health care products. The
company manufactures herbal and Ayurvedic products through the use of modern scientific laboratory
practices.The company's product basket comprises over 20 products, the major being Bororplus
Antiseptic Cream, Nirvana Oil, Bororplus Prickly Heat Powder, Sona Chandi Chyawanprash and
Amritprash, Mentho Plus Pain Balm, Fast Relief, Golden Beauty Talc, Madhuri Range of Products, Fair &
Handsome.

Responsibilities:

• Extensively involved in installing the Business Content info cubes, ODS, Multiproviders, info objects
from delivery version into Active version
• Installed Business Content Sales Overview Cube and designed and activated Customer service to meet
user needs. Created several ODS objects which act as a Data staging. Configured Data sources in R/3 by
using LO Cockpit (LBWE) initialized the setup tables. Scheduled and Implemented Delta mechanism for
Periodic loads.

• Involved in Extraction of data from SD systems to BW side .

• Creation of Infopackages for schedule the data load with Full and Delta update mode.
