Ingredients:(For 2 people)
* Egg 2
* Onion 1
* Tomato 1
* Grated coconut 3 spoons
* Turmeric powder a pinch
* Chicken masala powder 1 spoon
* Chili powder ½ tspn
* Black pepper 1 tspn
* Coriander seeds 1 tspn
* Poppy seeds (kasakasa) ½ tspn
* Fennel seeds (perunjeeragam) 1 tspn
* Mustard seeds and Black gram ½ tspn
* Curry leaves a string
* Coriander leaves a string
* Oil, salt As required
Recipe:
1. Cut the Onion and Tomato into small pieces.
2. Grind Coriander seeds, Poppy seeds (kasakasa), Fennel seeds and Black pepp
er with Grated coconut. Take coconut milk out of this ground mix and keep aside.
3. Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard seeds and Black gram. Once it splutters add
Curry leaves and Onion. Fry till the onion becomes golden brown in color.
4. Then add Tomato and fry till it becomes soft.
5. Then add Chili powder, Chicken masala powder and Turmeric powder. Fry till
the raw smell of masala goes.
6. Once the raw smell goes add a cup of Water, Salt and already prepared Coco
nut milk. Let it boil once.
7. Finally break each Egg and drop into the curry, one at a time. Do not stir
or mix after this. Let it boil for a few minutes.
8. Once the Eggs cook on both sides, garnish with Coriander leaves.
muttai kulambu-II

Ingredients:( 2 person)
* Egg - 3
* Onion - 2
* Cumin powder - 1 tsp
* Chili powder - ¾ tsp
* Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
* Coriander powder - 1 tsp
* Black pepper corns - 1 tsp
* Grated coconut - 4 spoons
* Fried Chana dhal (Pottu kadalai) - 2 spoons
* Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
* Curry leaves - 6 to 8
* Oil and salt - As required
Recipe:
1. Boil two Eggs in water and keep it aside.
2. Finely Chop the Onions and keep aside.
3. Grind Pottu kadalai(chana dhal) and Black pepper corns with Grated coconut
. Take Coconut milk out of this grounded mixture and keep aside.
4. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds once it splutters add Curry leaves an
d Onion. Fry till the onion becomes golden brown in color.
5. Then add Cumin powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder and
fry till the raw smell of masalas goes.
6. Then add a cup of Water, Salt and already prepared Coconut milk. Let it bo
il once.
7. Finally break a raw Egg and drop into the curry. Let it boil for a few min
utes.
8. Once the Egg is cooked add the two boiled Eggs and cook for a minute.
