You have the ability to log into all your classes at the same time with one ID and password. In the future, this will save you
time and allow for you to log in one time for all the classes provided by all your child’s

In order to do this you must first link your classes to a Primary Login ID and Password which you create. This will take a few
moments of your time. Once complete, it will be a very convenient method of viewing your child’s progress.

1. Go to www.mygradebook.com
2. Initially, enter SMITH6SPL as your Primary Login ID and password.
3. Click on the My Account tab and then click the Create Primary Login.
4. Create you own personal Primary login ID and your own personal primary password.

5. Be sure to write it down. One suggestion is to use part of your email or name as your Primary Login and
then create a personal password.

6. Click the Save Link button.

7. Click the Logoff tab located in the top right corner of the screen.

Now, you need to link each of your child’s classes to your Primary Login.

1. Go to www.mygradebook.com
2. Using the attached classword list, login to one of your classes by entering the classword and then
your child’s password.

For example: to link Religion class to your Primary Login ID, enter the
classword REL6SPL and your child’s password shown below.

3. Click on the My Account tab and then click the Link to Primary Login button.
4. Enter your personal Primary Login ID and password you created.
5. Click the Save Link button.
6. Click the Logoff tab located in the top right corner of the screen.
7. Repeat steps 1-5 for each your child’s classes.

Using your Primary Login ID

You can now access all your classes at one time. Go to www.mygradebook.com. Enter the Primary login ID and the
password you created.
Click on the Home tab to see a summary of all class averages.

Click on the Assignment tab and use the Linked Class drop-down box to quickly switch between all of your linked classes
and view a more detailed account of your child’s assignments and grades.
