Employment
I have acquired many skills in my 30-plus years in the manufacturing and custom
converting industry, and 20 of those years have been in the capacity as producti
on supervisor and/or plant manager. I am self-motivated and hard working. I ha
ve not been formally trained in lean management (promoting safety, problem solvi
ng, reducing down time, and increasing production), but it is a technique I have
practiced throughout my career.
I have attached my resume to provide more information on my strengths and achiev
ements.
