Responsibilities included the development of short and long term financial and o
perational plans for the hotel which supported the overall objectives of the com
pany. Prepared the annual hotel budget. Monitored the performance of the hotel t
hrough verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and monthly finan
cial reports. Initiated corrective action. Maintained product and service qualit
