From 2008 to late 2010, CPK Mortgage inventory increased from a monthly average
of 2.5 million to 14 million dollars in loans per month.

Processor - Responsible for the handling of loan files from application to post-
funding. Job duties included inputting of applications into Calyx Point, prepari
ng files for submission to lenders (Countrywide, Chase, National City, Washingto
n Mutual, Wells Fargo, and Indymac), checking files for government compliance an
d completeness. After submission, upon receiving approvals, my duties included c
ommunicating with escrow and title companies to complete conditions prior to ord
ering loan documents to be sent to escrow for signing, and overseeing the return
of documents to the lender for funding.
Accountant - I performed final reconciliations and prepared loans for sale on th
