Objective
To use my background and experience as an Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-a to enhan
ce the environment in a casual dining setting.

PROFILE
Over the last 11 years I have been the owner/operator of some of the highest vol
ume restaurants in Chick-fil-A at different concept levels. I have operated food
court units from 800k dollars net sales with staff of 20, up to 1.7 million dol
lars in net sales with a staff of 40, as well as a free standing location, 4.4 m
illion dollars and a staff of 70 that were recruited and developed from the grou
nd up.
EXPERIENCE
Chick-fi-A Mercury Blvd, Hampton Va - 2008-2010 Position: Owner/Operator
Role: My role in the business was to act as a consultant to the developed leader
ship staff to execute plans and strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Recruiting, and developing all levels of team members and leadership
o Leading staff of 70
o Developed 5 in upper leadership all GM caliber, along with shift leaders and t
eam leaders.
o Created monitoring systems to maintain and enhance team member experiences in
the restaurant as well as their performance.
* Marketing the business at the unit and market level
o Developed a marketing team lead by a marketing director to execute in unit mar
keting strategies.
o Developed systems to track sales and marketing progress
o Created budget spreadsheets and sales tracking spreadsheets to be utilized by

* Received the 4 million dollar award in 2009 given out to those units reaching
4 million dollars in sales for the first time.
* Recognized regionally for transaction count increases in 2010 ranked 3rd with
a 158 per day transaction count increase for the year.
* Ranked 65th in 2010 nationally in sales volume with the unit trending 4.5 mill
ion in sales
* 2009 generated $1,144,477.82 in operating profits
* 2010 has generated $980,347.71 in operating profits through October
