KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Established new production sources by adapting coverage opportunity. Arch custom
er CNA changed excess Workers Compensation strategy. New contract submissions fe
ll 25%. Wexford acquisition brought new product that bridged the coverage gap. M
arketed newly acquired product and increased submissions sales 30%.
Presented value of excess coverage to large municipality and won large order. Se
cond largest pool in U.S. decided not to renew excess coverage. Met with broker,
insurer and customer. Designed, wrote and presented compelling argument exposin
g risk to the municipality. Customer bought the new policy. Secured $4.5M in rev
enue.
Created submission process that saved 40% of total revenue stream. AJG client re
quired new excess casualty coverage. Developed Industry 1st submission process t
hat contained attachment point and secured new structure and exposure informatio
n. Placed coverage with reinsurer and saved nearly half of all company revenues.
Established public officials market product. Existing AJG products for municipal
ities did not provide liability coverage for officials. Any coverage required wa
s placed in a variety of markets. Approached single market and developed public
officials liability product. Set consistent process that captured $2.5M in new r
evenue.
