Vice President and Senior Loan Officer for the 8th largest bank in Arizona with
total asset size of one billion dollars. Alliance Bank is a community business
bank focused on Arizona-based mid-sized businesses as well as professional servi
ce firms, and their owners. My major goals and responsibilities are to solicit,
negotiate, underwrite and coordinate the closing of major and complex consumer,
residential, equipment, SBA, commercial building and business loans in complian
ce with the Bankas lending policies and procedures. Other primary goals include
developing business checking and deposit relationships; and promote business fo
r the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to the

Vice President and Commercial Loan Center Manager for the fourth largest bank in
the state. NBA is a 5 billion dollar bank with over fifty offices in 31 commun
ities throughout Arizona. Bankas primary focus is to provide lending and financ
ial services to businesses and individuals. Managed the bankas commercial loan
center in Scottsdale (Gainey Ranch) comprised of over $100MM in loan commitments
and over 200 relationships. Oversaw (3) commercial lenders whose responsibilit
ies, as well as mine, included: soliciting and developing all types of business
activity; specializing in highly complex commercial loans; participate in the de
velopment and recommendation of overall commercial loan objectives, policies and
practices; generate deposits and fee income, cross sell other bank products and
services, and assist in developing less experienced officers.

Citibank (Arizona), Phoenix, Arizona 5/90 - 5/92
Became part of a newly formed Community Banking Division at the Phoenix Home Off
ice. Managed an $8MM portfolio consisting of 40 relationships with primary emph
asis on business development and administration. Entertained commercial and exe
cutive and professional requests up to $2MM within the bankas target market. Al
so headed up the SBA Department for the bank.
* When Citibank purchased United Bank of Arizona, became manger of a Small Busin
ess unit for the Home Office Branch from 8/88-5/90. Managed 100+ accounts total
ing $20MM and supervised two employees.
United Bank of Arizona, Phoenix, Arizona 11/83 - 6/88
Worked for the fourth largest bank in Arizona specializing in middle market comm
ercial lending. Handled all types of loan requests and cash management services
for middle market businesses, executives and professionals. Portfolio started
at $3MM in 1983 and built up to $38MM and 115 relationships by 12/87.
The Valley National Bank of Arizona, Phoenix, Arizona 8/79 -11/83
Handled commercial loan requests at Scottsdale Main Branch for working capital r
evolving lines, equipment financing, business expansion and letters of credit.
Also supervised eight employees in an installment loan department and was Assist
ant Branch Manager.
