I am currently working as a Program Director with Teng and Associates. Teng and
Associates is architecture and engineering firm located in Chicago, Illinois and
was recently acquired by the Trowe Group based in Canada. My supervisor is John
Samis, Vice President (312) 218-9694.
In this position, I have the responsibility of Program Director for the Southeas
t. This responsibility includes U.S. Government business development including s
ource selection responses, solicitation response and Form SF 330 submittal for b
oth IDIQ and single projects. My duties also include the continued oversight of
the Soldier Ready Team and Project Management for the Fort Benning BRAC Program
including the Project Management of the new Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE)
Headquarters Building. The Soldier Ready Team (SRT) projects include over 170 i
ndividual projects that include bridge construction, road construction, barracks
, command and brigade headquarters buildings, battle labs, simulation facilities
, ranges, infrastructure and warehouses. My responsibilities vary from project m
anaging specific projects at Fort Benning, developing new business, coordination
of contiguous projects, determine user move in strategy, scheduling constructio
n and user functions and the briefing of General Officers or Flag Officer level
commanders of the US Army.

BDT Builders is an out of ground Design Build Construction Company that formed s
trategic partnerships with companies expanding in the southeast. I led BDT in gr
owing to be the preferred builder for multiple clients: Starbucks Coffee, The G
rape Restaurant, YUM Brands Restaurants, Macys, Payless Shoes and Sandestin Beac
h Resort. The mission statement developed for BDT Builders was, On budget, on ti
me, every time. Sales increased 100% compounded every year.
Developed Design Build projects for out of ground construction
