ACCOUNTING MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Some of my duties as a Manager were to develop new procedures for accounts payab
le and accounts receivable. I oversaw the daily procedures for accounts payable
and receivable and computerized payroll. I was able to decrease end of month c
losing by 10-12 days. One other responsibly of mine was for timely and efficient
reporting and assisting with internal audits. Accounts Payable, Accounts Recei

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/BOOKKEEPER
I reported directly to President/CEOs and Chief Financial Officers. Also I succ
essfully handled all travel, ticketing, hotel and transportation for 100 plus em
ployees including controlled travel and entertainment costs for nationwide sales
force. Included was coordinating hotel and auto arrangements. Assisted with a
ll aspects of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and multiple excel spreadsheets.
Extensive communication with internal and external management with both CEOs a
nd CFOs including help with internal auditing. Included in my experiences were
comparing monthly comparison reports of fixed overhead expenditures, maintained
monthly and quarterly sales and payroll reporting for tax purposes. In addition
to those duties I administered payroll for 150 plus employees using several dif
ferent payroll services. eg. ADP, Computer Payroll Solutions, etc.
NEW HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Some of my accomplishments were also working as a Sales Assistant to a top produ
cing agent. I started out working as a Hostess/Junior Sales Agent at a 55 and b
etter community, while also handling escrow coordinating and front desk duties f
or Real Estate offices. I worked with local community builders in the desert ar
ea.
