xpress Admissions Unit, and Rehab & Physical Therapy.

* Before chosen for the Patient Access Manager position, Patient Access employee
turnover was at 41.66%; currently stands at 4.35%
* Prior to the position, patient satisfaction was at a mean of 3.50; currently r
ests at a mean of 3.63 and still continuing to increase
* Decreased Outpatient wait times from 33 minutes to 11 minutes
