Dear Colleague, The Executive Technical Steering Committee and Praxis Global Research are delighted to organize the 2011 Global Strategic Human Capability Development and HR Workshop, speci cally tailored to Oil and Gas for Technical and Human Resources leaders. This workshop will show participants how to improve their business performance and productivity by capitalizing on their Human Capital. The workshop is scheduled for October 3-6, 2011 in Dubai, UAE, and promises to be a highly interactive, industry-oriented, case study and proactive solutions driven workshop, on how to power the Oil and Gas business through leveraging the Human Capital industry.
