he administration of technical security throughout the AOL service. This repres
ented a user population of more than 10,000 employees and 10 million online subs
cribers.
Automated numerous security administration processes including, but not limited
to:
(1) Lead, designed and launched a Role Based access system minimizing extraneous
access while providing quick and appropriate data access to employees for job e
fficiency and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, ISO 17799 and ISO 15408 stand
ards.
(2) Designed and launched an automated login access removal system, using newly
implemented Role Based access assignments, resulting in a reduction of 120 hours
per month in manual processing time and brought related systems in compliance w
ith Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, ISO 17799 and ISO 15408 standards.
Senior Technical Manager, Security Administration Mar 2004-Jun 2005
Managed the day to day activities for security administration.
Worked with various legal departments in multiple countries in order to implemen
t electronic signature procedures for access to personally identifiable data rem
oving the need to receive, process, and store over 50,000 faxed agreements annua

Launched a web based access renewal system that allowed managers to renew or rem
ove specific access to systems resulting in a more secure environment for both e

Implemented an e-mail "realm" feature that reduced the number of business e-mail

Collaborated with our security vendor (RSA) and the other 8 Time Warner division
s to establish a SecurID import process that would protect over 80,000 employee
login credentials across multiple systems, worldwide.
Provided interdepartmental security consultation during product design meetings
resulting in more security awareness, safer products, and increased satisfaction
with consumer facing products.
Project Manager II, Operations Security Feb 1997-Jan 2001
Participated in establishing the "public" face of the newly formed security orga
nization. By using a number of contacts and relationships formed prior to enteri
ng the security organization, awareness was created and processes began to take
shape that laid groundwork for future projects.
Introduced the SecurID fob concept to the company and proceeded to establish a p
rocess and procedure for protecting employee accounts that remained the standard
and effective for over 80,000 users for 10+ years.
