INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE

 From MAY 2009 to MAY 2011: Worked as APPRENTICE MECHANICAL

TECHNICIAN with “Fauji Fertilizer Co. Plant site Goth Machhi”. At the
troubleshooting, overhauling and maintenance of “ROTARY EQUIPMENTS”.

Worked, on rotary equipment of the plant. Following is the brief synopsis of the
jobs that I have got a chance to work on;

ROTARY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE:

Working in the largest urea manufacturing company of the country as Rotary

Equipment Maintenance Technician, I have got a chance to work on different
machinery including;

 Gas and Steam turbines

 Centrifugal and Reciprocating Pumps and compressors
 Gear Boxes

Few of the important jobs that I have executed are as follows;

 Inspection and maintenance of Gas and Steam turbine.

 Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, compressors & modern sealing
systems, it includes DRY GAS SEALS and Mechanical seals.
 Overhauling of Service and Power Ends of reciprocating pumps and
compressor.
 Machinery Diagnostics with respect to vibration data.
