or the purification, liquefaction, distribution, storage and end use of hydrocar
bon and industrial gases.

*Co-led $200MM senior credit facility refinancing.

al hardware serving the U.S. non-residential building construction market. The c
ompany consummated three acquisitions in two years that resulted in over $200MM
of incremental sales.
*Provided leadership to multiple subsidiaries on matters transcending accounting
, operational and process improvements, profit and cash flow enhancements, human
resources/employee benefits.
*Responsibilities included corporate financial reporting, analysis, planning/for
ecasting, banking, cash and risk management, acquisition due diligence and integ
ration.
*Led due diligence effort on acquisition of a $160MM company, assisted with prep
aration of valuation analysis that shifted over 10% of purchase price from cash
paid at closing to a performance based contingent payment, and worked with owner
ship and investment bankers on deal financing.
*Achieved 10% cost savings on consolidated general insurance program.
*Heavily involved in refinancing a new $70MM credit facility.
*Worked on divestiture of a $15MM subsidiary, including due diligence, transitio

*Responsible for all accounting and financial matters, including operations acco
unting and inventory control for multiple business units with aggregate sales of
$130MM.
*Key member of management that evaluated divestiture of $150MM global printed ci
rcuit board business.
*Worked closely with operational vice president to implement lean manufacturing,
reduce inventory levels, improve accuracy of cycle counting and re-implement ER
P system.
