Performed and managed a broad range of responsibilities and projects recruiting
and managing a team of 11 analysts. Managed and provided hands-on involvement:
Value creation:
* Created and coordinated process and policy to establish multiple gathering, pr
ocessing and similar fees. Fees and revenue deductions charged to joint-venture
partners estimated to create $13 million in savings for Noble
* Worked with accounting to identify and then back-charge overhead to wells allo
wed by COPAS guidelines. Created about $1 million in new joint-interest partner
billings for Noble
* Led cross-functional team with Finance, Land and Engineering to resolve issues
preventing payment of non-operated production revenue. Actions resulted in the
additional payment of $6 million over 6 months
Responsibilities and Projects:
* Lead team in preparation of budgets, latest estimates and long-range plans
* Perform results evaluation of recent drilling and workover projects for produc
tion performance vs. plan, rate-of-return using future pricing and production fo
recasts.
* Accruals for monthly accounting close-responsible for capital, operating expen
se and revenue accruals
* Conduct acquisition and divestiture analysis of various business units, intere
sts and properties
* Calculate regional pricing forecasts based on differentials specified by oil &
gas sales agreements
* Prepare and present monthly district financial reports, including P&L, operati

* Established allocation of costs to wells in order to bill out appropriate cost
