 Summary

MAXIM Philippines Operating Corporation called me for an interview. The HR department

assigned me to MIS department.

On the first day of my OJT, my super visor Roberto L. Teotico- support manager of MIS ,
introduce tome the MIS/IT system development site and the MAX Lighthouse after that he gave me an
assingment to improve the website’s interface of MIS that to be submitted at the end of the practicum.

My first week is for on familiarization, that is because the computer unit that have been
provided to me is LINUX which is different from I have commonly use which is windows. But on the
same week, I have alredy paased the level 1 which is to create layoiut designs uising GIMP (GNU Image
Manipulation Program) application tool.

On the 2nd week, the graphics dsigner of MIS, Mr. Elmer Masayda introduced to me for one on
one orietation. He gave me a challenge which is the level 2, to create graphics logos. With in 2 days I
have already paased the challenge.

My 3rd week is the level 3 which is to create website’s banner having the theme: MPOC MIS/IT
System Development. They let me to browse ouside to have an idea on how to create wesite’s bannner.

On the 4th week, I started to the level 4 which is creating icons, tabs, and bullets. Then furnished
them all before the end of the week for application.

My last week, the level 5 which is the application of all levels the theming and encoding. All the
graphics I have created was applied to my account.
