*35 years of combined Construction and Real Estate
Development experience.
*Managed multiple development projects in Arizona

including sales teams, design teams, construction teams,

*Assembled and managed the development team for a 22-story
residential condominium tower in Downtown Phoenix.
Completed entitlements, schematic design, construction
