JISC LAMS Evaluation Study: Pre-Training Questionnaire


Thank you for taking part in the JISC LAMS Evaluation Study. This is the first of three questionnaires
we will ask you to complete. You can complete and return this form as an email attachment (preferred)
or you can use the email-only version that you should also have received.
Any information you provide in the course of this study will be treated in confidence. It will only be
accessed by the JISC LAMS Evaluation Team for the purposes of the evaluation. The evaluation team
will be free to publish the outcomes of analysis carried out on the collected data, but at no time will raw
data be published, or will you or your institution be identified. You will be given an opportunity to
comment on draft findings and to see all published outcomes of the study. Your participation will
contribute to our understanding of LAMS and its potential impact on learning and teaching.
