everything is done. I am flexible, I can easily adapt to various setting, I can work with different kind of people, and I can work shifting,
weekends as well as holidays. I am a multi-tasker, like in our profession we should be able to do all procedures within our 8 hours shift for the
whole ward. So I need to do things at the same time to be able to render the care and service they needed.
2. What is your idea of a call center?
Call center is a phone center where agents take or make a call for customers. It depends on the account, if it is inbound agents receive calls
from clients and if it is outbound agents will have to call the clients.
3. Why do you want to work for a call center?
I want to work for a call center because I think I have a huge opportunity here compared to my chosen field. In the current situation there are a
lot of nurses here in the Philippines; the supply greatly outnumbered the demand of my profession. Most of professional nurses do accept
volunteer training just to have an experience, like them I also tried for seven months. I have completed every requirement for me to be
qualified as a staff nurse, but until the seventh month I’m still working for free. I should be earning money for myself and family. And even I
get hired the salary is way too low for me to survive. So I have decided to pursue another career. In call centers I will have good pay with the
same hours of duty, good benefits and a faster phase of promotion.
4. What was your course in college? Why did you choose that course?
My course is Nursing. I did chose that course because my father is a frustrated doctor he really wants to become one, but they couldn’t afford it
during their time. So when I was growing up he would tell me that if I want to be rich I should become a doctor. But before becoming a doctor
I need to have a pre-med course, that time Nursing is pretty popular course so I decided that it would be my pre-med course. When I was in
college, I encountered a lot of doctors and there stories are opposite of what my father’s stories about doctors. Most of them are not rich, they
prefer teaching in college because the pay is much way higher, some shift to take nursing cause they have plans to go abroad. So I don’t want
to take medicine course after college anymore. So I stick with Nursing but during my college days I found out that I’m afraid of blood.
5. Give me one reason why we should hire you?
As I mentioned earlier, I’m a hardworking person, flexible and multi-tasker….
6. Give me one reason why we shouldn’t hire you?
Maybe because I don’t have a call center experience, but I’m a fast learner and willing to be trained. So I think I still fit for the job.
7. Why our call center?
Your call center was known to have a good standing and reputation. The company was awarded for 7 consecutive years for its excellent work.

I am not good in time management, there was a time in my training that there’s a lot of work to be done so what I did was I tend to write down
the things I need to do in a piece of paper and allot time for me to accomplish it so I can do all within the specified period of time. And it work
I did accomplish all tasks on time.
10. What can you contribute to our call center?
… same as strong points
11. Have you seen a manhole before? Why do you think it’s shaped like a circle?
I think it’s shaped like a circle so that the cover will not easily fall through the hole. When I was a kid I usually do the oreo dunk, and then
there was a time that my nanny gave me a narrow mouth glass even its the same size with oreo cookie it wouldn’t fit. Even I tilt it in different
angle it just wouldn’t fit. Unlike other shapes even it has smaller holes just tilt it in a right angle and it will definitely fall through.
12. Are you applying for full-time or part-time employment?
I’m applying for a full-time employment.
13. If I were blind, how would you describe blue to me?
I believe that people who are blind are more sensitive than normal person like me. They use the remaining four senses to compensate for the
one that is not present. So ill describe the color blue using other four senses, plus emotions. For example, blue is calming the sort of feeling that
makes you want to sleep peacefully, but too much blue can bring you sadness and depression.
14. What glass of water would you choose; half-full or half-empty? Why?
I will choose half-full because I’m the type of person who sees the positive side of people and situations rather the negative ones. For me seeing
the positive side of things will help you in keeping up with everyday dilemma, focusing in negative outcome will definitely not help me in
dealing things.
