How to set a Smart Goal

Have you ever set a goal and never really achieved it. What if you planned to do something, like save money for a new outfit, but you just keep wasting money. Then you need to learn the rules of S.M.A.R.T. S- Means Specific. You have too state a specific goal. Not just I wanna save money. Instead say I wanna save $100 for a new outfit for school. Include what, when, why and how you are going to achieve your goal. M- Means Measurable. You determine if a goal is measurable. Ask your self, How much? How many? How will I know when i achieved it? A measurable goal would be, I wanna save up $100 dollars for a outfit before the end of Christmas break. A- Mean Attainable. When you Identify goals that are most important and you figure out ways to make them come true. Attainable would be Im going for a 20 minute walk every Saturday and Wednesday. Not Attainable would be, Im going for a 1 10 hour run everyday.

R- Means Realistic. Your Goal is probably realistic if you truly believe that you can accomplish. Realistic would be, Im going to do my best not to fight with my brother. Non Realistic would be, Im never going to start an argument with my brother again. T- Means Timely. Is your goals time limit realistically possible? Timely would mean, Im going to lose 5 LPs in one month. Not Timely would be, I want to lose 5 LPs in 1 weeks. With these steps you are bound to be successful in achieving your goal.

Chocolate Calculator

Chocolate Calculator
YOUR AGE BY CHOCOLATE MATH DON'T CHEAT 1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have chocolate (more than once but less than 10) 2. Multiply this number by 2 3. Then you add 5 4. Multiply it by 50 -you might need calculator :) 5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1759 .. If you haven't, add 1758. 6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born in. You should have a three digit number! The first digit of this was your original number (how many times you want to have chocolate each week). The next two numbers are......... YOUR AGE!
