THE INTERNATIONAL MARITIME LANGUAGE PROGRAMME.

The IMLP has been designed for students at Maritime Colleges and for on-board-training / distant learning programmes. Its aim is to familiarize anyone who wishes to enter into the maritime world at any level or rank with the specific English terminologies, idioms and phrases used in the nautical professions.

The programme consists of a Course book and a CD-Rom. The CD-Rom contains many lectures and accompanying tests on Maritime Subjects: Communication, General Ship Knowledge, Engineering, Navigation, Safety, Documents, Correspondence, Dredging and Practical Grammar.
