Learn and understand how to create and maintain a church budget. Participate/observe in budget planning Create a budget for a particular ministry or program Have someone review budget with me and explain how items are estimate 2. Experience and understand the process of a stewardship campaign. Participate in the stewardship ministry. Ability to attend campaign meetings Ability to work with members and discuss the importance & necessity of giving Someone to explain and demonstrate how goals are set and how plans are made to meet the goals 3. Learn and understand how a church sets its staffing goals for positions and for work and goals of individual staff members. Someone to explain the current organizational structure how it was developed and what the goals are for increase or decrease of staff and why. Someone to explain how it is decided which responsibilities will be handled by staff and which will be handled by members. 4. Liturgy: Worship and Preaching Learning Goals 1. To learn how services are planned and how the focus of worship services is decided upon. Participate in worship planning Work with different parts of the liturgical ministry Receive guidance and feedback on ideas and input 2. Expand ability to preach for different audiences and occasions & services Receive preaching assignments Receive feedback on sermons and preaching style

Mission and Outreach Learning Goals 1. Identify ways for the church to conduct effective community outreach in the context of being a mobile church. Develop ways to identify outreach goals of the members Identify what the community is in context of a mobile church and a church whose members are commuters and live in different neighborhoods and counties Receive feedback on ideas and input on methods for implementation Pastoral Calling and Congregational Care 1. Gain more experience in praying for individuals extemporaneously 2. Gain more experiencing listening to peoples issues and providing appropriate advice & feedback 3. Gain comfort in visiting sick people. Religious Education 1. Gain comfort and skill in teaching people about the Bible. 2. I want to become skilled in listening to and accepting theological ideas or thoughts that I do not agree with 3. Learn to answer questions about the Bible and provide the appropriate amount of information 4. Learn to teach practical application of Biblical ideas & themes so that people can understand them and apply them in the context of their daily lives
