Special Notification of No-Show Policy In Housing Terms and Conditions for Hamilton Hall, The Woods, Honors Hall

and Forest Lane


Dear Student: As we quickly approach the start of a new academic year at Wright State University, we continue to work hard to prepare for your arrival to campus housing. Since we are making a housing assignment especially for you, it is critical that you notify us immediately if your plans have changed. You are currently responsible for your campus housing payment obligations, and so we wish to remind everyone of our campus housing No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive and move in to your housing assignment at the beginning of the Fall term, and have not followed the appropriate procedures for obtaining a release from your housing agreement, and If you are enrolled as a student of Wright State University, you will be charged and will be responsible for paying all room fees (including rent, communications fee and residential activity fee) for Fall term, AND rent for Winter term, and rent for Spring term, of your Residence Agreement. Please see the rate sheet included for more information. If you are NOT enrolled as a student of Wright State University, and fail to arrive and move in to your housing assignment, you will forfeit your $150.00 prepayment and you will be released from your housing agreement while you are not enrolled. Should you choose to enroll at Wright State anytime in the academic year, you will be obligated to live on campus. If your plans to live in housing at Wright State University have changed, we want to help. Please call us at (937) 775-4172. Let us know that you wish to be released from your housing agreement and the reason(s) why. We will assist you in supplying the necessary paperwork to request release.
