Turn on the Barricade and plug it into your network adapter using port 1. 2. Connect to the Web user interface by typing the Barricade's IP Address (ex: 192.168.2.1) in your browser. You will then be prompted to enter your password ( default: smcadmin) to logon to the Barricade. 3. Click on the "Tools" link, then click the "Update Firmware" option. The "Upd ate Firmware" screen will appear. 4. Click the "Browse" button and point it to the location of the firmware file (smcwbr14s-n2_0.00.10.bin). 5. Next click "Apply" button and follow the prompts to begin the upgrade. You w ill see the message "Processing, please wait" and a percentage bar count up to 1 00%. When the upgrade is complete the Barricade will reboot. 6. Your Barricade has now been successfully upgraded.
