Saddles Clamp Saddles Clamp saddles are available for both 10 and 16 bar applications. The 10 bar saddles are available with or without reinforcing rings on the outlet. The unreinforced saddles are available in size range 20mm to 315mm with female threaded outlets of between " and 2" (dependent on body size). The reinforced saddles are available in size range 20mm to 315mm with female threaded outlets of between " and 2" (dependent on body size). The 16 bar saddles are available in size range 20mm to 160mm and with female threaded outlets of between " and 2" ( dependent on body size).

Flygt Pumps: Bibo:

Bibo, the original submersible pump, is designed specially for tough working conditions. Bibo is ideal for applications in which the water or liquid contains high amounts of clay, stone chips, drilling fines etc., or to pump heavy sediment from tanks, sumps and containers. This series of large drainage pumps is available in four casing materials: light-weight aluminium for heavy construction work and mines, hard-wearing cast iron for corrosive or saltwater applications, stainless steel for additional corrosion protection and aluminium bronze for extremely corrosive environments. Bibo pumps can be fitted with a multi-vane, open or semi-open channel impeller. The Bibo pump's impeller and component parts also come in a range of materials to suit the application. All major components subjected to wear are fitted with Poly-Life or rubber. Polyurethane lasts up to five times longer than rubber in fine grain abrasive applications. With output power from 1-90kW, heads up to 240 meters and pumping capacities up to 300 l/s the Bibo range of submersible pumps are designed for long service life while prov iding maximum efficiency.

H5500:

Slurry removal is an essential part of day-to-day operations for a wide range of industries, such as mining, ore dressing, sand contracting, ash handling and steel milling. Industries are tough on slurry pumps, particularly in terms of the costs incurred when it comes to wear and tear, repairs and maintenance. In this series of pumps the wet end, indeed all wear parts, are made of hardened High-Chrome cast iron, which provides complete wear protection. The High-Chrome impeller, with its tighter, more swept-back design, ensures a more homogenous flow between the vanes, w hich means less wear, thus minimizing any drop in hydraulic efficiency. The drive unit and wet end are easily separated for fast access to wear parts. There's no need to replace the entire wet end because the split casing design enables the volute lining to be easily accessed and replaced. ITT Flygt is the only manufacturer that offers its customers a total solution for slurry handling, providing a durable and cost-effective system that is both wear-resistant and reliable. Slurry pumps have capacities of 240 l/s and pump heads up to 80 meters

3000:

This series of pumps covers an extensive performance range and can be used in a variety of applications: from pumping sewage in treatment plants and municipal applications to irrigation, industrial effluent, process water and raw water handling to applications in aqua and agriculture. An extensive range of hydraulic sections, i.e. impeller and volute, are available to handle the different types of media. The capacities range up to approx. 2,700 l/s. A variety of drive units, with motor ratings up to 450 kW, are also available. The standard version of these pumps are made in cast iron and for more demanding applications the pumps can be supplied in industrial configuration. Special models are also available in explosion-proof versions.

L3000: This series of mixed-flow pumps is designed primarily for screened wastewater and storm water applications as well as for irrigation, industrial effluent, process water and raw water. Capacities range from 200 to 2,000 l/s and pumping heads up to 20 meters. The pumps are installed vertically in either steel or concrete columns, available in standardized elements to further reduce the total installation costs. The standard version of this series of pumps is made in cast iron. Pumps intended for applications in explosive environments are also available in explosion-proof versions.

P7000, P4600, P3000:

With capacities of up to 5000 liters per second, propeller pumps are used in storm-water stations, sewage treatment plants, land drainage, irrigation, aquaculture and water attractions Pumping requirements and site conditions vary from one project to the next, but the modular design of the pumps makes them the ideal choice for a wide range of applications and for targeting specific requirements. The results are always the same: high quality, ease of servicing and low overall costs. When it comes to installation, the P 7000 and 3000 series can be easily installed in a vertical steep or concrete column. In tanks, the P 4600 can be quickly and economically installed, operating through the wall between two tanks on a discharge connection. Because of continuous flow, low system hydraulic losses and optimal pumping duty points, propeller pumps are not just a good economic solution, but will also maximize the efficiency of a system. P 4600s are extremely compact and use multiple motors with a wide range of propellers, instead of mechanical gearing.

MIXERS:

Flygt mixers are used in a wide range of mixing duties such as solids suspension, liquid blending and de-stratification. Submersible mixers have a compact design, which together with Flights installation methods makes them easy to install both in new and existing tanks. Unlike their dry-mounted counterparts, submersible mixers provide unlimited freedom of positioning and orientation. By utilizing this freedom, the mixer jet is allowed to develop and create efficient mixing of the entire volume. Flights compact mixers are made of stainless steel and provide a cost-efficient alternative for most mixing applications. The slow speed, large diameter mixers will gently mix large volumes with remarkably low power consumption. However, most Flygt customers do not ask for a specific mixer, but for a mixing solution that facilitates or improves their process. READY DRAINAGE PUMPS:

Whatever your pumping needs are, whether buying or renting, the lightweight Ready submersible pumps can meet your demands. As no special installation procedures are necessary, the pumps can be taken directly from the shelf and set to work immediately. Ready pumps are ideal for a range of drainage tasks e.g.: at building sites at industrial plants by emergency services Product features The pump is made from composite materials and stainless steel, enabling operation in pH 3 - 9 and providing high impact resistance. All hydraulic parts are made from polyurethane, a high wear resistant material. The rubber strainer provides shock absorption. Two sets of mechanical seals provide double security against leakage. Spin-out protects the outer seal by expelling abrasive particles from the seal chamber, thus eliminating the risk of wear. Auto-cut switches the pump off automatically if the temperature rises. Water-cut prevents water from leaking into the junction box if the cable insulation is damaged. The pump is portable and easy to handle thanks to the lightweight material and ergonomic handle. Wear resistant High Head Dewatering Pumps featuring a semivortex impeller and Ethylene Propylene Rubber pump casing for maximum wear life in a compact, lightweight easy handling design.

GSZ series:

High Volume Dewatering Pumps equipped with a 4-pole motor, these pumps display their true virtues where a massive amount of water must be drained with a very short period of time. A part of pumped fluid flows in between the outer cover and the motor housing before discharge and thus cool the motor, allowing the pump to operate continuously, even if it is exposed to the air.
