Rules & Regulations: 1. Registration is open to all Malaysian citizens except employees of the Organisers, IPC shopping centre, or members of their immediate family, agents or any anyone who is connected with the creation or administration of any part of the Competition. 2. The elimination is based on participants who fall asleep during the competition. 3. There will be occasional breaks and light refreshments provided by the organiser during the competition. 4. This contest is limited to 50 participants only and on a first-come-first-served basis. 5. The Management reserves the right to amend or append the existing terms and conditions without prior notice. 6. The Management reserves the right to accept or reject any entry to the contest. 7. The Judges decision will be deemed final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. 8. The organiser is entitled to use, publish or feature the participants and/or their picture for publicity and advertising purposes. 9. The Management shall not be liable to any loss, damages, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, prosecutions, fines, penalties, cost expenses, liabilities howsoever suffered by the participants throughout the event. 10. The Management will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, damage or claims whether directly or indirectly caused by or sustained by their participation in the promotion. 11. The Management reserves the right to disqualify the contestant should the contestant fail to observe any of the rules and regulations laid down by the Organiser. 12. Absentees and/or non-punctual participants shall be disqualified without notice and the Management shall not entertain any appeal from the participants and/or their guardians. 13. Prizes of the event are subject to change by the Management without any prior notice to the participants and/or their guardians. 14. Prizes of the event are not exchangeable for cash nor are the prizes transferable. 15. The Management shall not be held liable to any loss, damages, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, prosecutions, fines, penalties, cost expenses, liabilities whatsoever if the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever. 16. The Management reserves the right to use the participants name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, performance whether recorded on or transferred to videotape, film, slides, photographs, audio tapes, or other media, now known or later developed. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or re-use the talent in whole or part as organiser may elect. Organiser or its designee shall have complete ownership of the talent in which the participant appears, including copyright interests, and the participant acknowledges that he / she has no interest or ownership or its copyright. 17. By entering this competition the entrant(s) will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional materials.
