Stacks Pasta Bake

Right this would serve 3 in my opinion. Ingredients: Pasta, Tomato based pasta sauce, peppers, courgette, 3 chicken breasts (ohh yeah) and a good bit of cheese. Cook your chicken in a the oven for about 20 mins, fry the veg up, and boil a decent amount of pasta. The first layer of the bake should be your chicken and veg, the second layer should be your pasta, your 3rd layer should be the sauce and then grate your cheese evenly over the top and stick in the oven on low heat until the cheese is nicely melted (about 20 mins), serve with a smile.

Learys Steak, egg and Veg


Well you make the pasta, then add broccoli and Ragu(you dont have to use ragu if you dont want to, you could replace this with something like pledge or one of those other sauces) Fry the steak and eggs separate Place the steak and eggs above the pasta, ragu and broccoli on a plate (or bowl)

Dons Honey Lemon Chicken


Ingrediants: 2 chicken breasts, 2 lemons, honey, rosemary, white rice. Quarter each of your lemons, squeeze juice into a small container and mix with 2-3 tbls of honey. Cover the uncooked chicken in the honey/lemon sauce and place in baking tray. Place the 8 segments of lemon in the tray also and cook, once chicken is browned, remove it from tray and place on a bed of white rice, pour the juices from the tray into a frying pan..fry the juice for 2-3 mins until thick and pour over the chicken.

Chilli Con Rory


( Should serve 3 or 4 ppl I think youre gonna need some herbs and spices but itll be worth it) You need: Main Bits A big onion 2 garlic cloves 1 red pepper Packet of mince round 500g? Can or two of chopped tomatoes Good bit of tomato puree 2-4 normal spoons Can of Kidney Beans Rice

Nachos/Sour cream/Guacamole whatever u want on the side Herbs and Spices 1 or 2 little spoons of chilli powder depending how spicy u be wanting it 1 little spoon of cumin and one little spoon paprika Half a little spoon of marjoram 1little spoon of sugar or a square of dark chocolate 1 beef stock cube Cook It! Fry up the onion first, once theyre cooked throw in the chopped pepper, chilli, cumin and paprika, give them a stir and leave for a few minutes. Next goes the mince, once the meat is brown, put the stock cube into half a pint of hot water, give it a stir, then add it to the pot with the tomatoes, add the sugar, marjoram and tomato puree. Cook for twenty mins add the kidney beans(put the rice on round now ), cook for another ten mins and then add more chilli if you want. Done.

Carrots - boil them, put a pinch a salt on them and then lightly fry them in butter - unreal! Tea - always use tea leaves- T bags are for sex offenders Potatoes should always be boiled and have butter thrown on them Rosemary herb, often found in the neighbours garden is lovely chopped up and put on potatoes Hate crimes are okay

Ingredients Salmon Mixed Herbs Lemon Soy Sauce garlic Cooking instructions: -Put a sheet of tinfoil on top on the grill-tray and curl each side of it slightly to

YOU CAN LEAVE OUT THE CARROTS AND ADD MORE SWEET POTATO AND PEPPERS IF YOU LIKE.KEEPS IN FRIDGE FOR 2/3 DAYS
