NARRATIVE
ON LISTED DATE AND TIME, RO'S RESPONDED TO A SHOOTING CALL AT LISTED LOCATION. WHEN RO'S ARRIVED THEY FOUND MULTIPLE INDIVIDUALS SHOT AT THE LOCATION. ROS SPOKE WITH WIT3 AND WIT4 WHO STATED THAT THE COMP AND SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE WERE OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT WATCHING WIT1 AND WIT2 FIGHT. ROS WERE ADVISED THAT WIT1 WAS INJURED DURING THE FIGHT AND CALLED LISTED SUSPS TO HELP HIM RETALIATE. THE COMP WAS STILL OUTSIDE WHEN SUSPS ARRIVED WITH ASSAULT RIFLES. SUSPS SHOT INTO A CROWD OF PEOPLE WHO WERE STANDING IN THE BREEZE WAY AT LISTED LOCATION STRIKING THE COMP IN THE LEFT LEG. SUSPS FLED IN UNKNOWN DIRECTION. COMP WAS TRANSPORTED TO METHODIST CENTRAL. DET CAMPBEL #5000 RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION. PES H213 CAME TO THE CRIME SCENE TO TAKE PICTURES AND COLLECT EVIDENCE. END OF ELEMENTS
