Vertical assembly machine for H-type steel Model HZJ1025

1.1 Structure principle H-type steel is assembled by two flange plates and one web plate. The position between flange and web plates has a direct affect for qualification rate of finished goods of H-type steel. The assembling machine for H-style steel can position plates in a fast and accurate way, which improves the production efficiency greatly. This equipment is mainly composed of main machine, draw bar centering system, roller conveyor, hydraulic system and electrical control system and etc. Besides, two sets of CO2 gas shielded welder are matched for auto spot welding. The main machine consists of chassis, upper gantry, flange and web plates fastening and calibrating structure, main transmission structure and supplementary fastening structure. The chassis is a component for welding. In the top part, it mounts flange and web fastening and calibrating structure, main roller transmission and upper gantry. In the under part it has transmission shaft of transmission structure and chain of chain wheel. The speed reducing machine of main transmission motor is placed in the side of chassis. The upper pinch roller which is set on lifting beam and assistant fastening mechanism is installed in the upper gantry frame. Driven by the upper cylinder, the lifting beam can move up and down in the guiding rail of the upper gantry frame. For supplementary fastening structure, it is used to grip web whose height is more than 1500. This structure is driven by hydraulic press cylinder and may lift along upright column. The two auxiliary pinch rollers are pushed by hydraulic press cylinder to fasten the web. The flange and web plates fastening and centering structure is driven by hydraulic motor, through turbo speed reducer, gear transmission, screw rod and master screw transmission to center and hold web and flange plates of work-piece. The part of main transmission adopts motor speed reducer driving, by means of transmitting chains to make main transmission roller turning, while the chains transmitted from main motor also make drive roll table rotate with the same velocity. The speed of assembling machine uses AC speed regulation with frequency conversion and can adjust in the range if 0.5-6 m/min. Draw bar centering system is used to center flange and web plates preliminarily for input roller table. The two hydraulic cylinders drive double sets of flange plates and web plate centering structure respectively. The web and flange plates positioning centering and fastening system and compressing of upper pinch roller of this equipment are driven by hydraulic press

system and the pressing force can be adjusted by pressure regulating valve on hydraulic station. PLC programmable controller can be programmed differently in accordance with H-shaped steel technology requirements to implement the relevant orders required. YJZ-80B Hydraulic straightening machine

1 Structure principle
This machine is used for straightening the deformaiton of H beam flange plate. The straightening principle : two upper straightening roller press two side of flange plate ,one bottom roller support the center of flange , through the pushing of oil cylinder then up-press to the center of flange that reach to staightening the deformation of flange plate. It is composed of machine frame , upper straightening roller , web plate clamp device , assistant support roller , lift oil cylinder , bottom straight roller , main transmission part ,input/output elevating roller, hydraulic system and electrical control system . The machine frame is the carrier of all installation parts . It adopt thick steel plate whole welding , which have good structure rigidity and beautiful shape . The two upper straighten roller install on top side of machine frame , it adopt shaft box structure , so it have big loading capacity . There have hydraulic cylinder in shaft box , it can adjust the distance of two upper straighten roller .The upper straighten roller is composed of straighten roller , straighten shaft , shaft box and bearing. Upper roller material is 35CrMoit is treat by quench and grinding so that have good abrasive resistance . Web plate clamp device adopt manual positioning , the other side adopt hydraulic oil cylinder push holding , adjusting the clamp position according to web thickness ,making the web plate in the center of bottom straightening roller . There have scroll bear in web clamp wheel that keep moving when clamping , which make sure the continuous working . Assistant supprot roller is a transitions when beam from roller conveyor to straightening roller. When working on the bottom straightening roller , the beam will leave away the assistant support roller. Lift oil cylinder install under the machine frame, there have bottom straighten roller on its top. It have big cylinder diameter, so it can make big lifting force that can support the weight of the beam. Bottom straighten roller is composed of bottom straighten roller, bearing, bearing base, joint bottom plate and guide base .Bottom roller adopt forging structure , material is 40Crand process by quenching and grinding . So it has good abrasive resistance and anti-bending rigidity. The bearing base is on the joint bottom plate, the bottom is connecting with piston rod of lift oil cylinder. The guide base is install on the machine frame and connect with bearing base. When guide the bottom straighten roller , it also can increase whole rigidity . Main transmission part is composed of universal jointer, gear reducer, cycloid gearbox and large power motor .When bottom straighten roller making whole elevating action , it must be adopt joint of universal jinter and reducer . Roller conveyor adopt hydraulic elevating roller conveyor, it also can support the beam after bottom roller lift it .

Hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic station and pipeline system. It can supply the power for lift oil cylinder , web clamp oil cylinder , shaft box moving oil cylinder and elevating roller conveyor oil cylinder . Electrical control system is composed of electrical control box and control cable, it is not only control the forward/reverse turning of main transmission motor , but also the electromagnetic valve of hydraulic station. Through hydraulic station to control the elevating of lifting oil cylinder , expansion of web plate clamp oil cylinder , forward /backward of shaft box moving oil cylinder , forward /backward of elevating roller conveyor oil cylinder .
