(Nirma group) as a G.E.T.(completed) in Pump Section and Workshop (service & maintenance). Job Responsibilities PUMP SECTION:-maintenance of Centrifugal pumps (single and multistage) of varying capacities of different manufacturer like Akay chemflow, KSB, Kirlosker, Sam turbo, Sulzer , Durco Micro finish, Dor Oliver, Byron Jackson, Wilfley, Guinard etc. and rotary oil pumps Start & check vibration of rotating components, check suction and discharge ,all parts overhauling and Dimensionally correctness ,check Bearings, Shaft sealing ,cooling and lubricating axillaries ,shaft through, make individual detailed record, find difficulties and perfect solutions, observe assembly and disassembly look after on tools and equipments used for assembly and disassembly for different metal parts, checking mechanical seals and factors for stuffing box leakages. Provide sight solutions for foundations, alignment, lines and valves position, check sight reasons for less Efficiency ,make costly part at foundry and do machining at workshop. Also handling multistage pumps of power plant, Rotary oil pumps. WORKSHOP :-To make and repair jobs maintenance work of thermal power station, pump wet & dry sections, instrument dept., R.O. plant , calciner ,In sea pump house also doing 200HP & 400HP Pump overhauling ,quality control ,all type machinery of large capacity used in workshop Like turning machines, drilling , shaping ,planning, vertical boring, horizontal boring, milling and grinding Machines. Taking measurements and check dimensions with the use of Vanier callipers, Micro meters, Combination sets (angles, depths ), Make machining and marking calculations, Decide allowances etc. Also aware of maintenance regarding centrifugal fans,blowers,gear boxes & Fluidizers used in chemical and cement industries. Familiar with maintenance of mixers and agitators, aware of general application valves for seat repair, packing repair,bonnet & flange repair for block,flow control and non-return type valves including knowledge of P&ID valves symbol. Worked as a planning engineer in Reliance Industries Limited at J.E.R.P., SEZ(Jamnagar Export Refinery project) as Agency Employee from Dec-07 to feb-08.

Job Responsibilities: Look after all over execution work. Plant & Machinery control. To maintain Daily Progress report and discuss the critical issues with Lead Engineer. Co-ordination with contractors. Arrange the weekly program review meeting with contractor in presence of Lead engineer, Safety engineer and Quality engineer. Co-ordination with Safety management team,Quality management team and Material
