A Simple Register
A simplest possible register is one that consists of only flip flops without any external gates.

Register with Parallel Load

The load input controls the operation of the register, by deciding on which clock hi h l k pulses, data would load in register. When Load =0, both R and S are zero and no change of d h f state occurs with any clock pulse. When Load=1, both Rand S have respective values ti l from binary inputs Is and input is transferred into register. The l Th clear i input goes to special terminal to all flip flops and make them asynchronously clear when it is zero zero.
