V. REMIDERS FOR OCULAR VISIT:

1. Tour operators are allowed to bring 10 (ten) persons only for ocular visit maximum of 30 minutes) or 5 persons only for ocular swimming. 2. A valid school or company ID is required for each member of the group for verification and issuance of passes.

VI. TERMS AND CONDITONS:

1. Booking must be made thru our reservation office at 8 Waves Waterpark from Mondays to Fridays. 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to avail of net rates. 2. Transacting travel agent must submit duplicate copies of official travel agency ID and business certificate / permit for filing and verification purposes. If already submitted, please mention your ID number issued by 8 waves. For ID and contract renewal, please surrender your old 8waves ID 3. To avail of net rates and to place the reservation under travel agents account. Travel agents must present or fax a LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION signed by the school or company indicating contact persons and numbers. 4. To avail of net rates, the park requires 50% down payment three (3) days prior to the reservation date and balance must be settled on the actual day of visit.

5. From Monday Thursday, minimum number of students required for accommodation is 100 to avail of 3-4 hours enjoyment of waves and bubbles; On

Friday- Sunday, no minimum requirement is impose. 6. Special rates valid from June 2009- February 2010 only. 7. Payments must be made in CASH of COMPANY CHECKES issued by the client company payable to 8 Waves Waterpark. 8. For additional incentive, school can avail of two (2) free tickets (for teachers) for every 50 payees / student. 9. School can avail of two free tickets they have earned on the same day of reservation thru any of the following: Agent could apply it to teachers who would not be included in the 50+2 incentive. If there are still excess concession tickets, the same can be applicable for unticketed students. 10. If travel agent used the Concession and there are still unticketed teachers, agents shall pay for them according to contracted rates. 11. Cottages are not part of the reservation freebies and are only given free of charge on a case-to-case basis, upon the discretion of the resort. If additional cottages are required, 50% discount shall be applied. 12. If the requirements for booking are not completed, the reservation shall be deemed unconfirmed.
