Certified that the particulars furnished by the applicant are verified with reference to certificates, records of the school and service register of the individual and found correct. The entitlement points as per transfer guidelines accrued by the individual are as follows: a. b. c. Weightage for School category. Weightage for service seniority in the present category. NOTE: Counseling will be done in the following Order: 1. Those obtaining highest total marks in Preferential Category will be called first followed by 2. Women (Regular Teachers) will be called who have opted for Girls Schools, in the order of merit, followed by 3. Other Teachers in the order of merit. The Proforma in which marks will be compiled will have sub-total of Preferential Categories and Grand Total of all points. Sub-total of Preferential Category will lead us to call Candidates at Point No.1 above. Grand Total of all points will lead us to call Candidates at Point No.2 & 3.

16th May, 2007 In continuation to Guidelines dated 16.05.2007 published on 16.05.2007, following are further clarified: 1. Point No.17(On Deputation) In case of those Teachers / Incharge Principals who are working outside their Zone of appointment, shall be sent back to their Zone of Appointment. If they want to exercise option for the place of posting in their Zone of Appointment, they may do so. In case of those Teachers / Incharge Principals who are working within their Zone of Appointment, it is understood that during 2005, they were shown against their place of working. For those Teachers, if 5 years period is over, at shown place of working, they should exercise their option. 2. Point No.10 Subject Teachers where failure percentage is more than 10%, this condition will apply uniformly to both Teachers and JLs for their performance in SSC & Senior Intermediate. 3. Point No.3 - It is clarified that being an Association Member is not a Preferential Category. For Widows, they must enclose Death Certificate of their Husband. For Divorcees, they must file a Affidavit to that effect, which if found incorrect, will lead to prosecution.
