Research Hypothesis: Female students of Batch 2014 medical students have better academic performance than the male medical students of DLS-HSI, SY 2011-2012. General Objective: To determine whether gender affects the academic performance among 2nd year medical students of DLS-HSI, SY 2011-2012. Specific Objective: To identify the overall percentage of female 2nd year medical students of DLS-HSI that excel academically in SY 2011-2012. To identify the overall percentage of male 2nd year medical students of DLS-HIS that excel academically in SY 2011-2012.
