Our subsidiaries are listed below: 1- Gebalex for Agricultural 2- Engage for Trading 3- Hamapack for Carton Manufacturing 4- Hygienic Canned Food for Food Industries Ensures company financial objectives are achieved in order to optimize return on investment and profitability. Direct, develop, implement and oversees financial plans, policies & procedures. Provides rigorous business analysis and advice in support of strategic issues, funding matters and decision making. Monitor and interpret monthly financial statements and its analysis. Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts. Oversees treasury , accounting , financial control ,tax , budget , information system and audit activities of the organization Prepare different costing Scenarios for new & existing products.
Review standard cost for imported product VS actual landed cost. Analysis the actual expense VS Budget to get all the variances justified. Variance analysis and trending on key performance indicators Interact with bankers, internal and external auditors. Study and review the standard cost for new products and existing as well. Manage all staff in finance department all over the whole locations of the company.
- Oversee activities of the Accounting staff. Responsible for monitoring Cash Flow, A/R, A/P, Sales and Expenses. Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS).
Update Fixed Assets Register. (Additions, Disposals & Run Depreciation). Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing reports.
Prepare the monthly Balance sheet scheduling and related analysis. Assess financial reporting systems, accounting, procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures. .
Prepare and supply the management with financial reporting and analysis.
- Responsible for the companys day to day finance and accounting functions
which include: prepare journal entries and end of month posting of accounts.
- Record of Accounts Receivables. - Responsible for general ledger, trial balance, payables, receivable, payroll
and administration.
