Silver has been getting a lot of head-turns in the past few years, and investors are scurrying out of fiat money into hard assets due to the economic decline we have been agonizingly witnessing. We know that people who have this what-should-be common financial sense will prosper in the coming years, but what about the others? There are masses of Americans still completely ignorant of what is coming. The masses are unaware that their lifestyles will soon be changed forever, and that their dollars will soon lose their value. These masses will lose almost everything when the collapse comes. While we, those who prepared and who spent countless hours acquiring knowledge may win individually, what does it really mean in the midst of it all? If it is the case that the dollar busts, our standards of living must surely decline also, unless the masses become educated as to what money really is. It is our duty to let people in on this secret, and allow them to fully realize the implications of ignorant confidence in fiat dollars. I don't feel the need to paint you a picture of a full-scale economic collapse in America. Many others have done this already. You and I, my friends are a part of the Underground Elite. The UE is a group who has decided to educate themselves outside of the chatter of mainstream blabber. But, now, with all the knowledge we have acquired, we must embark upon a different journey, one in which common sense prevails and the message of truth rings louder than ever to the uninformed masses. Anonymous, an online hacker group, has the world buzzing about their mischief. This has been the latest headlines on this infamous group in mainstream news:

These are just the most recent, and dont even mention the antics that made previous mainstream news, such as almost getting Justin Bieber sent to North Korea to do a show by massively voting on a Demand it! vote. When asked why they have been aiding collective chaos, their reply was, simply, They wanted "lulz" and drama. They do it because they can, and because of the structure of the organization of Anonymous, the risk of getting caught is extremely low. They do it for fun! This proves how powerful the internet is, and how it is an invaluable tool for our very own revolution. I have studied the society of Anonymous, and it has a strange organized disorganization. It is also rapidly evolving all over the world, predominantly in the youth. It constructs an exclusivity out of openness through secret meetings, Twitter hashtags, Facebook news pages and message boards, most notably 4Chan.The more serious Anons are also known to hit the streets with V for Vendetta masks, and signs displaying their messages.
4 Rules of Engagement will be applied to Project Awareness, in which Anonymous implements in their revolutionary acts:

We have this agenda that we all can agree on and we all coordinate and act, but all act independently toward it, without any want for recognition. We just want to get something that we feel is important done -Anonymous. No Central Command - No leader, no specific target. Simple as that. Remain an Idea - Anonymous isn't a static, rigid organization. It is an ever-evolving concept. Vague enough to be a mystery, yet clear enough to become a problem. Play On Strengths - The problem in most organized avenues is they don't necessarily give the individuals enough freedom to learn their strengths. Anonymous allows one to help in any way he or she can, collaborating into a strong force. Use Guerilla Tactics When implementing the Viral Project, we must exercise a little flexibility in the way that we spread The Virus. If we blatantly spam a bunch of high-traffic sites, it could blow up the entire operation. If you want a major publication to cover your story, the easiest way for them to agree is to make them think that it is their idea. Ego stroke, find a Senior Member (SM), one with influence and find out how you can relate silver to his interests.
Long story short, wear many masks and implement your passions and strengths. Together, we can make anything happen.
2.) Appearance
In the game of persuasion, the persuader must emit qualities which appear pleasant. Anything packaged in a neat, funny, and presentable package will entice the reader. Going back on the first Rule of Engagement, I mentioned Play On Strengths, as crucial. Design is a field in which a keen eye is a necessity. So, any strength in graphic design will be openly accepted. Graphic Designers will be called upon to create simple, neat, funny ads for everyone to spread across the web. I have included 5 rules of the most successful tactics used by the Elite to excite the masses. Utilize these if you choose, as they are tried and true. Glittering Generalities Words of praise for a product or person; using nice words like goodness or patriotism. Namecalling Trash-talking another product or person, "mudslinging", "ad hominem attacks.
Testimonial A famous person recommends a product; also political endorsements. Plain Folks Appealing to regular people's values like family, patriotism. Old Soviet propaganda Card-Stacking Manipulating information to make a product appear better than it is often by unfair comparison or omitting facts. Appearance is crucial. We must show people that we are not a bunch of hooligans terrorizing the internet, but a large group of concerned citizens terrorizing the internet for a greater cause. Use these age-old techniques subtly and your marketing sector will be successful, as has been proven time and time again by the Elite.
3.) Creativity.
Outside of the box. Inside of the mind. Expect to be the unexpected. We must outwit the market, the masses, and most importantly, the Elite. If they choose to fight back through downgrading our campaign, we must be flexible enough to mock, downplay and retaliate against their attacks. (Their tools against them.) More than anything, we need creativity. To do what we haven't thought of before, constantly evolving SVPA. More than anything, we need this project to evolve, to band together with other truth fighters and maybe, just maybe, soften the blow to the uneducated masses. Sadly, their problems are our problems; we are all connected in this frail system. The market is psychological, the market is a herd, cattle that speculate. The gig is up, and all the Mainstream Elite will report is how nobody saw it coming. Get creative. Get involved. Ideas are powerful, and immensely encouraged.
4.) Assertiveness.
Think global. Act local. Finding the right people to back you, answer questions, or point you in the right direction is easier than you think, In a recent article called Straight From the Horses Mouth, SilverDoctors was able to interview a representative from Silver Wheaton, one of the most successful silver companies to date. How? Simply, by asking. Youd be surprised how useful the Contact Us pages really can be. Try to contact big-wigs in the market for an interview, conduct an interview with a big-wig, or write an article for a magazine. Every little bit means a lot.
5.) Propagandize!!
Using the aforementioned tools, we will implement what we have learned and use the tried and true Rules of Propaganda to spread our message. Here are five basic rules of propaganda, courtesy of Norman Davies in his extraordinary book "Europe: A History": The rule of simplification: reducing all data to a simple confrontation between 'Good and Bad', 'Friend and Foe'. This one should be pretty straightforward. The rule of disfiguration: discrediting the opposition by crude smears and parodies. Ha. This one, too. (Blythe, The Bernank, Turbo Tim, etc) The rule of transfusion: manipulating the consensus values of the target audience for one's own ends. In this case, the manipulation of values are really a aligning of values in which all can benefit, as opposed to just a few. Another reason why this will be easy. The rule of unanimity: presenting one's viewpoint as if it were the unanimous opinion of all right-thinking people: draining the doubting individual into agreement by the appeal of star-performers by social pressure, and by 'psychological contagion'. We are all pretty unanimous in the decision to invest in silver. You have an entire team of references, and we all have your back. Use us. The rule of orchestration: endlessly repeating the same messages in different variations and combinations. If youve read Once Upon a Time: A Silvery Tale, you understand the important role repetition plays in manipulation. The Elite know this, that is why we are bombarded with advertisements day in and day out. Repetition, Repetition, Repetition. These 5 principles, created by the Elite to be used maliciously against us, can be utilized to free humanity from the shackles of the Fiat Monster. Once you mentally commit to this campaign, you will be in the business of the Meme. A meme is, essentially, a mind-virus in which spreads through the collective mind like wildfire. Some memes are naturally created through mutual human interest and relevance to the times. Our meme, The Virus, has all the essential qualities of a meme, it only needs a push from a collection of brave souls like yourself to become a hyper-viral phenomenon. For examples of what a meme is, and the qualities most memes have, visit these sites, and it wouldnt be a bad idea to try to covertly push these sites to propagandize silver, also. THE PLAN.
First things first, you can start out in this Campaign by joining the SLA (Silver Liberation Army) and keeping up with their movements, whilst creating paths of your own with this guidebook. The information written here is not a rigid set of commands, but a guide as to what has worked in the past. It is your mission to evolve what has worked into what will work with your own ingenuity.
