This is the highest level of user available under the Text Message System (TMS) and is the most powerful user in the system and holding the top system privilege.

Advance Use
2nd highest level of user available under the TMS. Able to receive, send and management of own message (e.g. SMS directed to the user, or SMS forwarded to the user by other users, etc) Able to manage SMS of the Principal Account (e.g. in this case is SMC, the complaint message from public, etc).

Normal User
This is the normal user under the Text Message System (TMS) and with limited privilege. As a normal user, the user is only allowed to receiving of own message, replying, forwarding and management of own messages.
