bottles rejected and collected in the tray with the help of pusher of pneumatic cylinder.

PRODUCT PRESS LOADING ROBOT:-
The unique machine designed to feed red hot leaf springs 900degcentigrade to a hydraulically operated
vertical press with the help of pick & place system operated pneumatically, Y axis to reach down to pick the
leafspring from the chain conveyor, mechanical grippers to grip the leafspring & X axis to feed the leaf
spring to the press & return, the press operated hydraulically by a power pack travels in Y axis to press the
leaf spring to the desired curvature , the curved leaf spring is pushed into an oil tank with the help of a
pneumatic pusher the complete system been operated automatically with help of a programmed PLC.
